Cosmos Business Systems, in a joint venture with another firm, filed an offer for a tender put up by the National Exchange Commission for the “Supply of hardware, software and services to cover the IT needs of the National Exchange Commission”.
The project includes the supply of hardware, software and services to cover the IT needs of the National Exchange Commission, installation and maintenance services, as well as NEC staff training and know-how transfer. More specifically, the system’s development will include: 1) installation of new and replacement of older IT systems (PCs, servers, peripherals and network hardware), as well as upgrading other systems in order for all the NEC systems to operate in a modern operational environment, 2) Microsoft software Enterprise Volume License Agreement procurement, 3) upgrade and extensions for software packages already owned by NEC, 4) data backup systems (hardware and software) upgrading, 5) installation of the new equipment, 6) procurement and installation of new equipment to replace older items and data transfer from the old to the new hardware, 7) software installation and configuration on the new hardware, and 8) hardware and software guarantee and technical support.
The project’s budget is €1,100,000, including VAT |
