Cosmos Business Systems has been honored with the Bronze Award at the HR Awards 2025 for its groundbreaking project “Smart HR Ecosystem: All Connected. All Human.”

Cosmos Business Systems earned the Bronze Award in the Best Use of Emerging Technology for HR category at the HR Awards 2025, recognizing its innovative approach to digital transformation in human resources through the project “Smart HR Ecosystem: All Connected. All Human.”

The “Smart HR Ecosystem” unifies key HR functions, like recruitment (ATS), onboarding, performance evaluation, benefits management, and internal communication within a single, intelligent platform. The system enhances the employee experience, promotes transparency, and boosts team productivity across the organization. The project was developed through close collaboration between the HR and the Software Department, in order to ensure transparency, adaptability, and collaboration throughout the company.
