Done™ is an application developed by Cosmos Consulting S.A. for recording customer-related actions, which effectively contributes to the dissemination of information within the Organization, to the improvement of the customer experience and to the control of the daily operation of the organization by the Management.

Done™ users can easily and quickly plan their actions and record their daily tasks, actions and relevant comments related to customers (and possibly other entities such as Suppliers, Partners, Banks, Public Services, etc.), so that all information from the organization’s departments, departments and executives is collected in a single customer-centric system. In this way, horizontal and vertical dissemination of information in real time is achieved, saving time and costs, as well as capturing the overall interaction of the organization with its customers, producing a global picture for each of them.
