representatives of the Republic of Cyprus the contract for the E-Law project: \u00abPurchase of the right to use an integrated IT case management system of the Legal Service of the Republic of Cyprus, worth \u20ac1,423,460 plus VAT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The project is implemented by Cosmos Business Systems in collaboration with CBS IT Systems Cyprus, a subsidiary company of CBS group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope of the project is the development of a case\/task management and office automation system for the modernization of the procedures of the Legal Service of Cyprus, for the increase the efficiency and productivity of the Service&#8217;s staff and to upgrade the quality of its work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goals of the project are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improvement of the organization and operation of Legal service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Better management &amp; track of information\/data and provision of statistical reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automation of tasks and workflows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time Saving of staff of the Legal Service and reducing the processing time of tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating and speeding up cooperation and communication between Legal Service officers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cosmos<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Business Systems<\/strong>&nbsp;is one of the oldest and most important Systems Integrator, with many years of experience in implementation of complex projects in Greece and Cyprus, always having the know-how and properly trained staff<strong>.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The signing of the contract was attended by Mrs. Andrianna Achilleos, Director of the Information Services Department and Mrs. Niki Paschalidou, First Administrative Officer of the Legal System, and from the contractor&#8217;s side, Mr. Spyros Kouris, Country Manager of CBS IT Systems Cyprus., a subsidiary of CBS
