It is important to note that this is the third system installed on the institute and the&nbsp;<strong>11<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;in Greece and Cyprus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This New system<\/strong>&nbsp;constitutes an exceptionally important addition to the current national supercomputing infrastructure (High Performance Computer, HPC) of Cyprus. Its goal is to meet the resource needs of the research and academic communities.&nbsp;<strong>The solution will be constituted by multiple Lenovo SR670 modular servers<\/strong>&nbsp;powered by NVIDIA A100 GPUs. Finally, the general interconnection of the system will be achieved through the new infiniland HDR200 technology, yielding more than 0,5 Pflops\/s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The new infrastructure<\/strong>&nbsp;will be supported by several management and front-end nodes. For its effective cooling,&nbsp;<strong>instant hydrocooling systems<\/strong>&nbsp;will be utilized.
