In light of this great opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises, we decided to compile this detailed guide aimed at informing beneficiaries about the benefits they can gain by participating in the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the program is to strengthen the digital capabilities of the country&#8217;s small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the program, the 100,000 participating companies will have the opportunity, through the acquisition of new digital services and products, to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>modernize their production, commercial, and administrative operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upgrade their communication and collaboration methods and introduce new forms of hybrid work (hybrid workplace)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>digitize electronic transactions with customers and partners, including e-commerce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>increase the level of security and trust in electronic transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Beneficiaries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To participate in the program, interested businesses must cumulatively meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be active in the Greek territory with a Greek VAT number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be active as of the date of application submission for participation in the program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have been founded\/established before 01.01.2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be engaged in eligible activities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The program beneficiaries fall into the following categories and subcategories based on utilized work [annual work units (AWU)]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Category 1: businesses with 1-10 employees (AWU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category 2: businesses with 10-25 employees (AWU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category 3: businesses with 25-50 employees (AWU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category 4: businesses with 50-250 employees (AWU)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Duration and Milestones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following table provides a detailed view of the program&#8217;s timelines based on the category to which the beneficiary belongs. For example, if the beneficiary belongs to the first category (1), they can apply from 22\/6\/2022 until 14\/9\/2022 and then redeem the 900-euro voucher they will receive by 30\/11\/2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"263\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-145-1024x263.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-145-1024x263.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.cbs.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-145-300x77.png 300w, https:\/\/www.cbs.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-145-768x197.png 768w, https:\/\/www.cbs.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-145.png 1085w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible Energy and Expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible for funding from the program are the <strong>actions of the beneficiaries<\/strong> as well as the participation with these accompanying expenses through vouchers in the areas defined as parts of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analog with the category in the area, the indicator from the table below will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any category 1 indicator will be used for the purchase of goods and the purchase of accompanying services (beneficiaries, actions, services), the area is supported and complementary in one of the defined vouchers (public support).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any category 2, 3, or 4 indicator will be used for the purchase of goods or the purchase of accompanying services. The purchase area will be supported and complementary in one of the defined vouchers (public support). To be valid, the purchase area must be fully aligned with the area categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program will fund the following categories of beneficiary actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>[A]<\/strong><strong>Code<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>[B]<\/strong><strong>Warranties<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>[C]<\/strong><strong>Category of actions\/services<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.01<\/strong><\/td><td rowspan=\"10\">(1) Warranty of the quality of the actions<\/td><td>Integrated Environmental Management \/ decision-making Environmental Plans<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.02<\/strong><\/td><td>Integrated CRM and management of Sales, Salesforce Automation, Marketing, Service<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.03<\/strong><\/td><td>Integrated Business Management, Business Resource Planning, HR related<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.04<\/strong><\/td><td>Integrated management of warehouses (WMS), management of order collections (Order Management), business replenishment<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.05<\/strong><\/td><td>Integrated sales, reservations, invoicing and logistics (PoS, Booking, Invoicing).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.06<\/strong><\/td><td>Integrated and scalable logistics of logistics and distribution for service management (routing, tracking, last mile delivery, field service)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.07<\/strong><\/td><td>Management of asset management and logistics of goods, vehicles, or actions (Asset mgt, IoT, RFID)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.08<\/strong><\/td><td>Integrated Environmental and Analysis Tools and Data Analysis (BI, reporting &amp; data analysis tools)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.09<\/strong><\/td><td>Industrial data platform templates and software<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.01.10<\/strong><\/td><td>Use of Cloud Infrastructure &amp; cloud Platforms<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.02.01<\/strong><\/td><td rowspan=\"4\">(2) Collaboration, productivity, and automatic processing<\/td><td>Platforms for productivity, systems and collaboration (Cloud Productivity Suites) \u2013 general cloud licenses are accepted. Perilambanon integration of license management software, process automation and automation (BPM, RPA, Process automation etc.).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.02.02<\/strong><\/td><td>Area of remote work automation (remote working), no need to buy licenses from the productivity platforms.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.02.03<\/strong><\/td><td>Area of automation, collaboration and automation, no need to buy licenses from the productivity platforms.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.02.04<\/strong><\/td><td>Unified license type of Cloud\/Virtual PBX<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.03.01<\/strong><\/td><td rowspan=\"5\">(3) E-commerce activation<\/td><td>Platforms of e-commerce (sales actions or automation of service with e-commerce platforms)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.03.02<\/strong><\/td><td>Cloud area for: marketing automation, digital campaign management &amp; customer loyalty<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.03.03<\/strong><\/td><td>Cloud area\/ connectors that are integrated with the e-commerce platform and enhance their functionality (recommendations, reviews, remarketing, chat etc.)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.03.04<\/strong><\/td><td>Area \/ connectors integrated with the e-commerce platforms.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.03.05<\/strong><\/td><td>Area\/ connectors integration with logistics and distribution services (3PL, couriers etc.)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.04.01<\/strong><\/td><td rowspan=\"6\">(4) Security and Trust<\/td><td>Security for their users and their systems: Endpoint Protection\/EDR, Data LossPrevention<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.04.02<\/strong><\/td><td>Unified management of the security of the three organizations\/services: SOC service<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.04.03<\/strong><\/td><td>Security and trust in integrated and deliberate operations: Identity &amp; Access Management<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.04.04<\/strong><\/td><td>Unified compliance in deliberate operations: data governance\/compliance solutions<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.04.05<\/strong><\/td><td>Unified environmental security solutions: Cloud Disaster Recovery &amp; Backup solutions\/subscriptions<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A.04.06<\/strong><\/td><td>Security in integrated collections: Electronic Signatures<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, for all the actions in the areas of activation of actions\/licenses the following are applicable \u2013 priority:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All areas must be compatible with the types of actions, with documentation provided in Greek and\/or other languages, with certificates\/agreements and priority purchase licenses, which must be available free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any professional purchase must be compatible, with many priorities, from similar suppliers, add on \/ connector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not eligible is the action of integrated consumer, add on or in conjunction with another security area<\/strong> such as: &#8211; Pre-installed commodity of the purchase (eg IoT device in IoT solution) &#8211; Problems will arise from the choice in the general market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unified license type of Cloud\/Virtual PBX is eligible with a minimum Personal Use &lt;= 10% of the total budget of the activation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible must be Technical Support for the integrated security\/service in Greece or in the Greek language. It must be allowed to purchase the technical support, as the telephone center in the region must exist with the regions of its actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the integrated logic systems that operate in a similar market, as indicative copies of the licenses that exist in the Category of actions\/services A.03, must be made available to me in the list of all the areas with similar security with the \/the existing action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not eligible is the action of public support which is integrated with the provision of remote or remote support, as the purchase is unavailable or the special service charge is provided to the region of action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The program will evolve and the categories of accompanying services will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>[A]Code<\/td><td>[B]Thematic Entity<\/td><td>[C]Category of actions\/services<\/td><td>[D]Explanations of applicable &amp; priorities<\/td><td>[E]Minimum Personal Use<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>B.00.01<\/strong><\/td><td>Accompanying Services<\/td><td>Design, development, project management<\/td><td><em>Technical Support that is integrated in the purchase of basic security actions (actions\/services) that are available in the list<\/em><\/td><td><strong>&lt;= 30%<\/strong><em>of the total activation<\/em><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>B.00.02<\/strong><\/td><td>Accompanying Services<\/td><td>Integration, development<\/td><td><em>Project management of integration and development in basic security areas (actions\/services) that are available in the list<\/em><\/td><td><strong>&lt;= 10%<\/strong><em>of the total activation<\/em><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>B.00.03<\/strong><\/td><td>Accompanying Services<\/td><td>Unified support for the Information Management System<\/td><td><em>Overall integrated monitoring, maintenance of the internal control, service for personalized applications and energy actions of the Information Management System<\/em><\/td><td><strong>&lt;= 10%<\/strong><em>of the total activation<\/em><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As long as the activation of the accompanying services is, the activation must not exceed the 30% of the total activation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Category of new actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In any case the new technology is supported, the cost of the energy activation must be determined as the cost of the new actions of the same type of activation.
