Following a tender held on October 29, 2021, and a contract signed on December 29, 2022, Cosmos Business Systems will participate in the implementation of the new Framework Agreement of Information Society S.A., on behalf of the General Secretariat for Public Sector Human Resources of the Ministry of the Interior, for the project \u201cImplementation and configuration services for the Human Resources Management System for other agencies, HRMS,” confirming its strategic role in the implementation of critical Digital Transformation projects for the Greek Public Sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This Framework Agreement, with a total budget of \u20ac3,966,132.07 including 24% VAT, has a duration of 48 months, with the option to extend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The scope of the Agreement includes the support, maintenance, and development of critical public administration applications, with the aim of upgrading the services provided to citizens and organizations. Specifically, the project covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Defining how the human resources systems of organizations that already have a human resources management application will integrate with the new central system (HRMS), and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The implementation of the necessary measures to ensure, on the one hand, that the operations of these agencies are disrupted as little as possible, and, on the other hand, to ensure that the General Secretariat for Human Resources Management in Public Administration of the Ministry of the Interior has the tools to generate executive reports on all agencies and the human resources of the Greek public sector, for the formulation of policies, as well as for the development of strategies in this specific sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
A total of five contractors are participating in the Framework Agreement, in addition to Cosmos Business Systems. The other contractors are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– The Association of Companies \u00ab01 Solutions Hellas \u2013 Indigital\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– The Association of Companies \u00abQuality & Reliability \u2013 Profile Systems & Software\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– OTS \u2013 Open Technology Services S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Unisystems SA<\/p>\n\n\n\n
