{"id":3387,"date":"2025-01-23T21:47:42","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T21:47:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/23547798491.thesite.link\/cbs\/product-solution\/noc-as-a-service\/"},"modified":"2025-01-29T13:57:45","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T13:57:45","slug":"noc-as-a-service","status":"publish","type":"product-solution","link":"https:\/\/www.cbs.gr\/en\/product-solution\/noc-as-a-service\/","title":{"rendered":"NOC as a service"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cosmos Business Systems, as a remote support provider (RMS\/NOCaaS) and <strong>certified according to ISO20000-1,<\/strong> monitors the client&#8217;s infrastructure on a constant daily basis.<\/h4>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"672\" height=\"372\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/thumb-Campaing_Photo_\u0399Noc-asaservice3-1-672x372.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>The aim of the service<\/strong> is to<strong> reduce unplanned outage events<\/strong> by increasing the availability of systems and networks. With this service, any diagnostics for infrastructure malfunctions become more accurate and immediate. The most important benefit for the customer is the use of CBS&#8217;s infrastructure and engineering expertise to predict failures before they are noticed by the end user and reduce their productivity, or cause malfunctions and system outages. In the event that  <strong>The remote monitoring service (monitoring-NOCaaS) is combined with an on-site support contract, the CBS engineer can intervene remotely or on-site to resolve the problem. <\/strong>With daily (outsource) monitoring of the client&#8217;s infrastructure we achieve:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IT team cost reduction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freeing up resources to engage in other more productive processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to more information and new technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving security through improving availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete reporting and analytics for the proper functioning of systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The service can be provided either by installing a LAN2LAN VPN between Cosmos&#8217; infrastructure and the customer or by installing an agent that will be responsible for the entire infrastructure (the software we use is PRTG). Our technical team (ITIL certified) will record the malfunction in the ticketing system so that the next steps can be properly monitored. In this way, the IT administrator will have the certainty that the experienced CBS team is reliably monitoring the services and applications. The solution is independent of the infrastructure and the manufacturer, with Historic Reports available and without any additional investment in IT infrastructure (i.e. fully outsourced).
