Cosmos Business Systems announces the successful completion of the supply, installation, and initial configuration of a High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure for the University of Crete, significantly enhancing the institution’s capabilities in scientific computing, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence applications.
The project was implemented within the framework of initiatives aimed at strengthening research and innovation at the University of Crete and was funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility “Greece 2.0” / NextGenerationEU.

The installation was carried out at the University of Crete’s data center, with the contractor assuming full responsibility for equipment deployment, interconnection, and initial functional integration of all subsystems. At the same time, basic network and storage configurations were performed, and management documentation was delivered, enabling the immediate utilisation of the new infrastructure.
