CBS has established a certified Business Continuity Plan and is committed to the continuous improvement of the Information Security and Privacy Management System, which enables the company to maintain and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information across all company activities, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019. CBS’s IT Service Management System is certified according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, meeting the requirements of this international standard. The policy covers COSMOS’s activities for IT Field Service Support.
