💼 IT Project Manager – CBS IT Systems (Cyprus) LTD

CBS IT Systems (Cyprus) LTD is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Cyprus.
The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects across diverse industries and sizes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in line with business objectives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of IT projects across multiple concurrent initiatives of varying scope and complexity
- Collaborate with management and project teams to define project plans and resource utilization across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons
- Work according to PMO procedures and guidelines, identify areas for improvement, and propose process optimizations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding deliverables and timelines
- Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery aligned with agreed objectives
- Prepare project status and profitability reports
- Monitor and ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and project proposal preparation
👤 Candidate Profile
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management)
- Proven experience managing projects, ideally within the technology industry
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets using tools like MS Project or Jira
- Familiarity of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of enterprise business processes
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Previous hands-on technical experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL certifications will be considered an asset
