A New Era for the Cosmos Group: Acquisition of NovelCosmos AI, New Company-Owned Facilities, and a Strategic Investment in AI and Data Centers

Mr. Dimitris Dafnis, Chairman and CEO of the Group, during a press conference held on Thursday, October 1, at the Group’s new facilities in Metamorphosis.

The focus was on the acquisition of 100% of NovelCosmos AI and its full integration into the Group, the new 1,400-square-meter company-owned facilities in Metamorphosis, further growth in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, AI Data Centers, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services, as well as specific policy proposals for the ICT market.

NovelCosmos AI is evolving into the Group’s specialized AI technology hub, with expertise in AI models, semantic technologies, document intelligence, and intelligent agents. In collaboration with Cosmos Consulting, the goal is to develop comprehensive enterprise AI solutions tailored to clients’ actual business needs.

At the same time, the new facilities in Metamorphosis serve as a unified Technology & Services Hub, bringing together Cosmos Consulting, NovelCosmos AI, CBS.LAN, and the NOC, thereby strengthening collaboration between software, AI, cybersecurity, and managed services.

Particular emphasis was also placed on the Group’s strategy in the areas of AI infrastructures, HPC, and data centers, leveraging its partnership with NVIDIA and the AI Data Center in Thessaloniki to support private and enterprise AI environments.

During the press conference, the financial results for the first nine months of 2026 were also presented. Consolidated sales totaled €74.8 million, up 62% compared to the same period in 2025, while for the full year, the Group maintains a sales target of €105 million and pre-tax profits of €6 million.

A separate section was devoted to Cosmos’s policy proposals for a more transparent, competitive, and mature ICT market. Among other things, proposals included the creation of “ICT Transparency” for the timely disclosure of projects, the establishment of a Registry of ICT Consultants and a Registry of ICT Contractors, more open technical specifications, and the certification of providers of critical cybersecurity and SOC services.

Mr. Dimitris Dafnis stated:

“Cosmos is entering a new phase of growth. We are investing in infrastructure, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and managed services, creating a unified ecosystem that covers the entire lifecycle of a technology investment. At the same time, we believe that the future of the ICT market requires greater transparency, meaningful competition, certification, and accountability.”

The Group’s strategy is now centered on the transition from projects to long-term value, combining Infrastructure, Software, AI, Cybersecurity, and Operations.
