Executive Woman of the Year was announced to Katia Fytrou, COO of Cosmos Business Systems, at the Infocom conference, in a glittering event held on November 24, 2021 at the Divani Caravel Hotel.
Ms. Fytrou holds a Master’s (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategic Communication and Public Relations.
As Chief Operation Manager (COO) of the Cosmos Group, which includes the companies Cosmos Business Systems AEBE and the 2 subsidiaries in Greece and Cyprus, she has contributed significantly to the growth over the last 5 years, during which the turnover more than doubled from 17 million to 45 million in 2021 and the staff from 145 people to 231. At the same time, she has managed and coordinated with great success high-value projects in the Public and Private sectors and has successfully managed all the needs arising from the large expansion of the work and projects carried out by the group in Greece, Cyprus and abroad.
Ms. Fytrou stated on the occasion of the above distinction: “It is an honor for me to represent all the women in our industry through this title. I firmly believe that women in technology add different values and skills, not necessarily better or worse, but complementary to those of their male colleagues with excellent results.”
At the same time, within the framework of the conference, Cosmos Business Systems presented the major projects it has implemented and that have contributed to the Digital Transformation of the country.
