Cosmos Business Systems is undertaking the implementation of yet another major digital transformation project for the public sector, with the goal of applying new technologies to the investigation of financial crime cases and providing intelligent complaint management software.
The project involves the further development and upgrading of the information technology infrastructure of the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, with the aim of strengthening the operational capabilities of the relevant units of the Hellenic Police in combating economic and financial crime.
Through the implementation of the project, it is planned to upgrade existing software infrastructure, the development of new interfaces, as well as the procurement, installation, and configuration of equipment and software, which will support more effective case and complaint management.
At the same time, the project includes user training, technical support, and maintenance services, ensuring the smooth operation and effective use of the new technological capabilities by Greek Police personnel.
The implementation of the project is expected to contribute significantly to faster information processing, improve interoperability with partner agencies, and enhance the operational effectiveness of services tasked with combating complex forms of economic crime.
The project has a total budget of 5,318,138.84 euros, including VAT.
