Cosmos Business Systems, an IBM Gold Partner, and its Cyprus subsidiary CBS IT Systems Cyprus Ltd, participated in the 4th Cyber Security Conference held in Cyprus, which brought together leaders and experts from the cybersecurity sector to discuss the latest developments and challenges in digital protection.
As part of the conference, Mr. Hadjipapas, Cyber & ICT Security Consultant, Risk & Compliance | BU Cyber-Security of Cosmos Business Systems, gave an extremely interesting speech entitled “Cyber Attack: What’s Next?”. During his speech, Mr. Hadjipapas presented in detail the steps that a business should follow after a successful cyber attack, focusing on the Incident Response process, as well as the problems that can arise when dealing with them.
In his speech, he analyzed, among other things, the necessary steps and actions to be taken immediately after the attack, the challenges that businesses face during the recovery phase and how organizations can restore their operations safely and quickly.
At the same time, the subsidiary CBS LAN, a partnership between Cosmos and Lancom, was also presented, which focuses on security services (SOC, Security Operation Center- Advanced Cyber Security Services).
