Cosmos Business Systems undertakes Sub-project 5 for the upgrade of the IT infrastructure of EKDDA

Cosmos Business Systems undertook the implementation of Subproject 5, titled “Supply and Installation of Equipment and Ready-made Software” (AAS 379453), which concerns the upgrade of the IT infrastructure of the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA).
The project is being implemented within the framework of “SUB4. Upgrading the Skills of Human Resources in the Public Sector” (Action 16972 of the Ministry of the Interior) with MIS: 5150174, and is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”.
Intending to enhance efficiency, security, and business continuity, the project includes, among other things:

  • Upgrading network and computing infrastructure (network equipment, storage, security, and system software).
  • Upgrade of staff and laboratory equipment, with the supply of workstations, laptops, UPS, peripherals, network printers, scanners, interactive whiteboards, etc.
  • Migration/installation and transfer services to Microsoft 365 environment, with creation of users/groups, email activation, mailbox transfer, OneDrive/SharePoint, and transfer of shared files with the corresponding permissions.
  • Supply and commissioning of an Electronic Document Management & Digital Signature System.
  • Supply of a Personnel and Payroll Management System.
