Cosmos Business Systems was honored at the Greek ICT Awards, held as part of the BEYOND exhibition, for the project “Expansion of Infrastructure for ICT, Physical Security, and Other Technologies at the Flisvos Tourist Port,” which it implemented at the Flisvos Marina, owned by the LAMDA Development Group.
The award recognizes Cosmos Business Systems’ expertise, operational excellence, and ability to implement complex digital transformation projects that strengthen critical infrastructure and create substantial value for organizations, businesses, and end users.
The project at Flisvos Marina involves the technological upgrade of the marina’s ICT infrastructure, network infrastructure, physical security systems, and the marina’s supporting technologies, with the aim of improving daily operations, security, connectivity, and the experience of customers and visitors.
As part of the implementation, Cosmos Business Systems undertook the overall design, coordination, and installation of new technological infrastructure, including a structured copper and fiber-optic cabling network, wired and wireless communication networks, as well as the installation and configuration of active network equipment.
Upon completion of the project, Flisvos Marina gains even more modern, reliable, and secure infrastructure, which enhances its operational efficiency, its ability to monitor and respond immediately, as well as the quality of the services it provides to customers, visitors, and partners.
The award was accepted on behalf of Cosmos Business Systems by Mr. Andreas Alexopoulos, Deputy Sales Director for the Private Sector, who stated:
