Cosmos Business Systems received the BRONZE award at the Bite Awards for the project “VMware SD-WAN at Alpha Bank”, in the category: ICT Infrastructure & Service Providers, at the award ceremony held at the Markou Wine Museum.
This is the first and largest VMware SD-WAN technology project by Velocloud in Greece, which was implemented during the pandemic throughout the mainland and islands of the country, strictly adhering to health protocols.
The Bank, by choosing the VMware SD-WAN solution implemented by Cosmos Business Systems, managed to fully cover all its needs within the project timeframe.
The award was received by Mr. D. Sourmelidis – Sales Director of the Private Sector of Cosmos Business Systems, who stated: “SD-WAN technology is the next milestone for all businesses in their digital transformation, offering intelligent data routing and using all available circuits (Private DSL, 4G, Leased Line). In an era when we are all talking about cloud services, SD-WAN is the first and most important step in upgrading a business’s network.”
