🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Automation Engineer
📍 Location: Athens, Greece | Hybrid Work Model
As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of software developed in co-funded and research projects. You’ll collaborate closely with development and cross-functional teams throughout the software lifecycle.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and execute test plans, cases, and automation scripts
- Map tests to software requirements and isolate/report defects
- Document manual and automated test execution
- Review design/functional specs and collaborate with dev teams
- Create user manuals and training materials; conduct client trainings
- Understand and translate customer needs into technical specs
👤 Your Background:
- Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- Experience in QA or relevant software testing roles
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Jira
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
💡 Nice to Have:
- ISTQB certification
- Familiarity with Playwright automation framework
- Strong team spirit and time management skills
