Cosmos Business Systems: 35 RRF Projects That Put Digital Transformation into Action

The Recovery and Resilience Fund is one of the most important drivers of the country’s digital transformation, contributing to the modernization of critical infrastructure, the digitization of services, and the adoption of advanced technologies for the benefit of public administration, the economy, and citizens.

As part of the Greece 2.0 initiative, Cosmos Business Systems has undertaken 35 projects, covering a wide range of technological initiatives in sectors such as Health, Justice, Public Administration, Research, digitization, interoperability, Big Data, and advanced computing infrastructure.

These include projects such as the National Telemedicine Network, e-Justice, the digitization of the Greek Land Registry, projects for the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure, as well as digitization, Web Services, and interoperability projects for major public and research organizations.

The impact of these initiatives goes beyond technological upgrades. It translates into faster processes, better access to digital services, more efficient operations for public agencies, and new opportunities for citizens, professionals, and the research community.

With specialized project teams, strong technical expertise, and many years of experience in implementing complex IT projects, Cosmos Business Systems consistently moves forward with the implementation and delivery of the projects it has undertaken, meeting the technical requirements and demanding timelines of the Recovery Fund.

Dimitris Dafnis, President and CEO of Cosmos Business Systems, stated:

“The Recovery Fund represents a unique opportunity to accelerate the country’s digital modernization and create infrastructure and services that deliver real value to citizens and the economy. For Cosmos Business Systems, our participation in 35 RRF projects is both a responsibility and a vote of confidence in our experience, expertise, and people. Our goal is for every project we undertake to result in a functional and meaningful outcome that contributes to the country’s future.”

Cosmos Business Systems’ participation in RRF projects is part of the company’s overall strategy to create modern, secure, and efficient digital infrastructures, with the goal of building a more interconnected, functional, and technologically mature Greece.
