Following a tender held on October 29, 2021, and a contract signed on December 29, 2022, Cosmos Business Systems will participate in the implementation of the new Framework Agreement of Information Society S.A., on behalf of the General Secretariat for Public Sector Human Resources of the Ministry of the Interior, for the project “Implementation and configuration services for the Human Resources Management System for other agencies, HRMS,” confirming its strategic role in the implementation of critical Digital Transformation projects for the Greek Public Sector.
This Framework Agreement, with a total budget of €3,966,132.07 including 24% VAT, has a duration of 48 months, with the option to extend.
The scope of the Agreement includes the support, maintenance, and development of critical public administration applications, with the aim of upgrading the services provided to citizens and organizations. Specifically, the project covers:
A total of five contractors are participating in the Framework Agreement, in addition to Cosmos Business Systems. The other contractors are:

– The Association of Companies «Quality & Reliability – Profile Systems & Software»
– OTS – Open Technology Services S.A.
– Unisystems SA
