Cosmos Business Systems has qualified for the next phase of the open electronic tender of the General Secretariat of Commerce for the supply of scanners, printers and multifunction devices, with a total budget of €35.9 million (€29 million excluding VAT). The company was distinguished for its participation in Groups A, B and C, competing with large companies in the technology sector, such as Konica Minolta and Zoumboulakis. The project concerns the needs of Public Bodies, including the supplies of 4,950 scanners, 13,368 printers and 6,736 multifunction devices.
The results of the tender are provisional, with the criterion being the most advantageous financial offer, based on the best quality-price ratio. In the next phase, separate tenders will be held to select the final contractors for each product category, depending on the needs of the bodies.
