Cosmos Business Systems is undertaking the implementation of the project “Computational System for Developing Machine Learning Models Using Large-Scale Data” for Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), enhancing the University’s computing capabilities in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
The project involves the procurement and installation of two advanced NVIDIA DGX B200 computing systems, with a total of 16 NVIDIA B200 GPUs, which will be integrated into the existing HPC infrastructure of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at AUTH.
The new infrastructure will offer significantly increased computing power, enabling the development and training of large artificial intelligence models, as well as large-scale data processing. At the same time, it will enhance the capabilities of the academic and research community, creating new opportunities for research, innovation, and the development of advanced AI applications.
Cosmos Business Systems, with 15 years of strategic collaboration with NVIDIA and as an NVIDIA Preferred Partner, has extensive experience in the design and implementation of advanced AI and HPC infrastructures. Having installed more than 15 NVIDIA systems in high-demand projects, the company has developed significant expertise in providing comprehensive high-performance computing solutions, supporting research institutions, businesses, and organizations in both the public and private sectors.
With the implementation of this project, Cosmos Business Systems is further strengthening its presence in the AI and HPC infrastructure sector, helping to upgrade the technological capabilities of Greek universities and research organizations.
